From repeated mistakes to something you can practice
ChessSum uses a chess engine to evaluate positions and AI explanations to help describe findings. The aim is a useful next step, not a page of unexplained moves.
An example learning path
Illustration only: this is not an analysis of your games or a measured result.
- Finding: in several reviewed positions, the king remained in the center while the opponent opened central files.
- Why it matters: an exposed king can make it harder to finish development safely.
- What to study: development and king safety in the opening you played.
- Practice: replay the position, check the opponent's threats and compare a safe developing move with your original choice.
A recommendation must fit the actual position. Castling is not automatically correct, and an AI explanation can be wrong. Use the game examples and board to check the advice.
Start with imported games
Connect your accounts, check import coverage and open Game reports. The available game selection and analysis allowance depend on your access level. Your private reports are not public search pages.
