Ranks cover eligible accounts indexed by ChessSum, not every player on the internet. Initial history must be imported, with a successful update in the last 14 days and no active import. Calendar periods use UTC. Tied scores share a rank. Win-rate rankings require at least 20 games.

How points and tiers work
Activity points = games + (2 × wins) + draws. Tiers use included games in the selected period: Wood 0–99, Stone 100–499, Bronze 500–2,499, Silver 2,500–9,999, Gold 10,000+. They recognize participation and are separate from chess skill or provider ratings.
